Online Marketing

I know, I know... you saw what was on her computer and thought, "I don't want to bug people every day with emails!"  Well, you can relax. I'm not one that likes to do that, either. But the fact remains that billions of legitimate emails are sent and received every day without a problem. 

There are some very famous online marketing gurus who all say the same thing: The Money Is In The List! What they mean is that no matter what type of business you have online... an ecommerce store, Amazon or Etsy affiliate sales, even a car dealership! all make much of their money from their email lists.

Think about the last time you bought something online. You probably gave your email address as well as credit card info, right? The reason is that the seller you were buying from knows that if he/she can touch base with you occasionally through emails, you'll remember them and probably buy from them again.

Personally, I prefer the affiliate marketing arena. Affiliate Marketers are just salespeople - like a shoe salesman or someone in a dress shop or music store. Doesn't matter. The salesperson is usually paid a commission based upon a percentage of the selling price. That's a very popular method online. And there are virtually 100's of Affiliate Networks (like a clearinghouse for brands using affiliate sales) with tens of thousands of products and services being sold online through Affiliate Marketers. Some make millions of $, and most use email either to get leads or to follow-up with additional attention to their customers.
